fall is the most popular time for guests as they pack the park to view the leaves changing colors. With names like Hesitation Point, many of the scenic vistas throughout the park provide an expansive view of the rolling hills and valleys.
From tent campers to those with full-size motor homes, Raccoon Ridge, Taylor Ridge and Buffalo Ridge campgrounds provide modern conveniences such as electric hook-ups, water and showers. Several trailheads are located near the campgrounds, including the Ogle Hollow Nature Preserve Trail, which guides guests on a tour of the park’s natural aspects.

18 miles of hiking trails and about 70 miles of bridle trails connect the parks roughly 16,000 acres. Two interpretive trails provide guests with an opportunity
